Goals and Outcomes

My immediate goals involve graduating in May 2025 with my Bachelor of Public Health and minors in Chemistry and Pathogenesis. Prior to this, I will be finishing my Honors Thesis research and submitting for publication. Additionally, I will be presenting my research at UF PHHP Research Days. I also hope to present my previous group research on AI and Asthma Management at an AI symposium in Fall 2024. 

Further goals include expanding upon my current research. I currently conduct research as a member of the Jain Chemical Engineering Lab at UF. I hope to expand this research in the future to be more focused on Epidemiology and Public Health. I aim to do this while pursuing my Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology.  During this program, I hope to conduct field research internationally in order to truly experience healthcare at every level.

Additionally, I have preliminary experience in Python, R, and ArcGIS. However, my goals include learning more about each of these programs. I hope to use them to my advantage during research. Bioinformatics is an extremely important aspect of medical research which I aim to understand and conduct myself.
